The surf house – your surf base. Become a part of our small, laid-back surf community.

These 3 packages are just perfect for the more individualistic surf-explorer or the less experienced surfer that wants to improve its skills at our local beach. We will give you all at hand for an unforgettable surf trip in Taiwan.

By booking a package you’ll get a private room with either shared bathroom or the en-suite room. Every day we prepare a homemade breakfast buffet which you can enjoy whenever you feel like. In all packages included are bicycles with surf racks to go for a surf at the local beach or to cruise around in the village as well as soft-top boards in the sizes 7’2 and 8 feet. Depending on your package we will provide you additionally with a motor bike or a van (international driving papers are a must have to book this package).

We also have a few wetsuits for the coldest months, snorkel gear to check out the underwater life and surf necessities in case you need to replace fins, wax, leash, etc.

If you are an experienced surfer and wish to book a guided surf session you can do this on a daily basis upon agreement on site. An experienced guide will take you to where the waves are best according to tide, swell, and wind direction within a distance of a 45min drive.

For beginner and less experienced surfer our local beach break is just perfect to improve your surf skills and have lots of fun with other surfers. The bottom is sandy and there is enough space to not bump into each other. If wanted we will join you to the beach on your first day and give you a spot overview. The surf house is not offering lessons but there is a local surf shop that will teach beginner profoundly.

Optional:

  • Price for a second person: +15 EUR / night

  • Upgrade to en-suite room: +20 EUR / night

  • Guided surf-session ~3 hours: 50 EUR / person  (1 surfer), 35 EUR /person (2 or more surfer)

  • Rent hard top surf boards: 10 EUR / day or 50 EUR / week. Only for guests, boards from 5’6 to 9′

  • Surf lesson (provided from external teacher): ~50 EUR / ~3h

  • Rent motor bike with surf rack: 15 EUR / 24h

A full package starts from 6 nights but of course you can freely choose the amount of days you want to stay with us. If you book less than six days the pick up is not included and we can not guarantee, that the excursion takes place at the same time you will be here.

Season overview:
Dec – Feb: consistent winter swells / good for experienced surfers / duck-dive very helpful / wind can be chilly – spring suit keeps warm
Mar – Aug: smaller waves / calmer sea / lots of sunshine / suitable for less experienced surfer / march transition month
Sep – Nov: swell is increasing / still very sunny and warm / for surfers that can handle themselves safely in the lineup
June – October: Typhoon season / chances to surf epic waves
